Bob Breglio, MRP has worked on two towns that are in need of a new approach to property taxes locally, to get our from under the state system of taxation that puts the backbone of the Mohawk Valley from Albany to Buffalo at such a disadvantage.
Two cites, Glens Falls and Cortland have significant land values - or community-generated "economic rent" - and nobody taking advantage of them.
