CORI understands that the collapse of the bubble is a disaster and also an opportunity to tamp them down forever by collecting taxes on land value high enough to curb speculation, and spur the kind of permanent and healthy growth that will not depend on grants privilege and the dice-rolling of speculation and rent-seeking.
